Why this is important to me

After receiving a Masters degree in Social Work I have been able to learn not only from my own experiences but, also from a clinical and academic point of view as to why we as individuals do the things we do.
I have coupled what I have learned along the way from deployments to Afghanistan, divorce, addiction, childhood trauma and sobriety, with human behavior and various therapeutic techniques to develop a transformative process. This has allowed me to work with a wide variety of people and issues, both male and female.

I know what it takes to implement change.
I know how hard it is to stick to the plan.
I know how dark the days can get…
But I also know that change is possible and learning a new way of life that supports you reaching your goals is possible.

You can do this, and you are worth it.
I want to help you get there!

Why Listen to Me?

I live daily managing my own mental health, being a single parent, co-parenting, and sobriety.
I am a 5 year United States Army Veteran that spent 10 months in Kandahar, Afghanistan with 7th Special Forces Group (A).
I have received a Masters Degree in Social Work focusing on human behavior and behavior change to help others achieve personal healing and growth.

I know what it is like to feel like there is no way out, and the weight of the world has come down on you.

I also know that there can only be shadows if there is light somewhere close.

I want to share the things that have worked for me on my journey of healing while incorporating real coaching techniques that are researched and proven to work.
