About Me

In 2013 I got out of the Army and began a downward decent into alcoholism and unhealthy relationships until 2017 when I went into Heart Failure. I was placed into a 12 day medically induced coma and woke up needing a heart transplant at 29 years old. After ultimately not being able to overcome my addiction, I was denied the heart transplant and was now running out of time… For Real this time! I decided to throw everything I had into saving my own life and, tried every suggestion given to me.
Through hard work I have been able to reverse my heart failure and achieve 5 years without a drop of alcohol.

I know what it takes to implement change.
I know how hard it is to stick to the plan.
I know how dark the days can get…
But I also know that change is possible and learning a new way of life that supports you reaching your goals is possible.

You can do this… and you are worth it!

Consultation

4- 45 Min. Sessions per Month
4 times per month we will work on individualized action plans, and goals, based on the needs and wants of the client, each visit.
4- 90 Min. Sessions per Month
4 times per month we will work on individualized action plans, and goals, based on the needs and wants of the client, each visit. Longer sessions will allow for longer one-on-one time, and more time to work on individualized action plans.
8- 45 Min. Sessions per Month
8 times per month we will work on individualized action plans, and goals, based on the needs and wants of the client, each visit.
Added visits throughout the week will help to keep the client focused and motivated while feeling supported with more 1-on-1 interaction with a personal coach.
8- 90 Min. Sessions per Month
8 times per month we will work on individualized action plans, and goals, based on the needs and wants of the client, each visit. Longer sessions will allow for longer one-on-one time, and more time to work on individualized action plans while, increased visits will help to keep the client focused and motivated while reaching their goals.
